This morning we had a somewhat different message which came from IHQ. The launch of The Salvation Army's Vision with a speech from the General. If you don't know what The Salvation Army is all about that would be a good place to start.
There was a lot of good teaching in the message but I didn't take much in the way of notes. One thing that did stand out for me in General Linda Bond's message was "We do what we do because the love of Christ compels us!"
