Are you continuing to mature in Christ? Are you straining to reach the goal? Our goal should be to be perfect, just as Christ is perfect. Even the apostle Paul acknowledged that he had not achieved his goal and was pressing on.
Maturity in Christ means being single minded. Dwelling on the past hinders our present efforts and our future progress.
